The Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes for our Tufaie, named for the volcanic stone of the region, are hand-picked from a single vineyard in Castellaro in the renowned Soave Classico zone.  This wine captures the stone’s yellow-gold color. With citrus-blossom aromas and soft flavors of melons, grapefruit and pears over subtle notes of spice and honey, it pairs well with risotto, shellfish, grilled fish and grilled vegetables.
