This Valpolicella is made using the famed Ripasso method, a technique of refermenting the wine on fresh Amarone skins delivering a complex, multi-layered texture and flavor to the wine.  Deep ruby red in color with notes of black pepper and spice, this wine is velvety and exceptionally well balanced with black-cherry flavors. Delicious with steaks, chops, stews and rich pastas.
